2. Can I run more than two accounts simultaneously

* Yes, you can

3. Must I come to the bank to carry out my transactions

* No, with our Correspondent Banking. i.e Stanbic IBTC you can visit any of the branches to carry out your deposit and withdrawal transactions.

4. Do you open every week days

* Yes we operate like every commercial bank, we open during the weekdays from 8am to 4 pm

5. Can I access loan facilities

* Yes provided you have an account with us and have run the account for at least Six Months

6. Can I make Fixed Deposit

* Yes we do. Visit us to know more more about our rates

7. Will i get an alert for any transactions

* Yes, we give you sms alert for all your transactions.

8. Do you process salary for institutiions

* Yes once the institution has an account with us.

9. Do you have Electronic products

* Yes, the bank offers various E-channel products suc as ATM card, mobile banking, interbnk transfer etc. Kindly visit our E-channel products to have a view of all the electronic prodcucts we offer.

10. Do you have savings accounts for children

* Yes we have the Kiddies account for your children.
